From the first call you make to the office to the last person who waves goodbye to you after your visit, we want you to feel like you are dealing with competent, compassionate people. Dr. Steve Mangan
A Little Rock native since age four, Dr. Mangan was raised just four blocks from the dental office. In fact, he chose his current practice location because he loved the feel of his old neighborhood. That love for being around family and friends shapes the feel of the office even today. When you come here as a patient, expect to be treated as a friend.
Dr. Mangan is married to Robin Harrison Mangan. He has four children. His personal hobbies include guitar playing, bicycling, cooking, reading, travel, and camping.
From Dr. Mangan:
"I like to end each day knowing I did my best for my patients. With that in mind I try to constantly learn new techniques and perfect my skills so you as a patient can come to this office knowing you will get the best care possible. And each day as I treat patients I try to always give them the same level of care I would give to my own family. As an office we also strive to treat each patient with warmth, respect, and consideration. I know you're going to like it here. We match great care with great technology, and serve it up in a friendly atmosphere. This is not what you expect from a dental office. This feels different. Better."
"Right now is a wonderful time for me as a dad. I have twin girls in college, and they make me proud every time they even cross my mind. I have a son in high school who is funny, musically talented, smart, and very cool. And Robin and I have a baby boy who is reminding me day in and day out what a treat it is to be a parent. It would be fair to say that being a dad is one of the greatest joys in my life."

Dr. Louie Allred
Dr. Allred practices general dentistry with an emphasis on crown and bridge restorative dentistry, occlusion, and the treatment of TMJ disorders. He has studied under some of the masters of our time in the dental field, and it shows in the quality of his treatment! Dr. Allred splits his time between working at Mangan Dental Group, serving as a consultant to the Medicaid system, and working in north Arkansas in another dental office. He is a past president of the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners, and a past Chirman of the Southern Regional Testing Agency.
Dr. Allred is married to Little Rock artist, Alice Cockrill Allred, and has grown children. Dr. Allred enjoys boating on his boat, Ajax, on Lake Ouachita.

Debbie
I'm making customer service my passion
Debbie and Dr. Mangan met years ago when Dr. Mangan covered for the late Dr. Fred Inman as he served in Desert Storm. Debbie was Dr. Inman's dental assistant back then, and by the time she reconnected with Dr. Mangan years later, she had become an excellent office manager. Dr. Mangan was looking for someone to run the business side of the practice, and Debbie was up to the task.
Debbie handles treatment coordination and scheduling, filing of insurance claims, setting up affordable financial arrangements, and other business matters. We are proud to have her!
Elena
Elena is the person in charge of keeping our schedule running smoothly. She coordinates appointments for our patients in need of treatment. She is married and has two children. She is also studying human resourse management at UALR. In her free time she enjoys ballroom dancing, reading, and good food. She is a dog lover, and has two dogs.

Trish Osburn has been assisting at Mangan Dental Group for over 10 years. She is an excellent chairside dental assistant. Dr. Mangan often comments that he doesn't even have to speak--Trish understands what he needs and has it there on the spot just in time. With over 30 years of dental knowledge she is an inspiration to her fellow teammates. She combines compassion and clinical excellence to help make your dental experience the best it can be. Trish loves spending time with her husband Dave, their children Josh and Courtney as well as their grandson Tristan. She enjoys old movies, yard saleing, and being outdoors.
Kimberly

Kimberly Paladino is a new member of Mangan Dental Group. She came to us as a dental assistant in early 2011. Aside from her great clinical skills, she is a delightful person in her own right. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Art History. She enjoys painting, shopping, and catching up with Grey's Anatomy. Kimberly and her husband Andy are expecting their first child in July 2011.
Alli
Alli Boone is also a new member of Mangan Dental Group. She graduated from University of Centra Arkansas with a degree in biology, then from UAMS in 2011 with her second bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She married her husband, Adam, in 2010 and they have a goldendoodle named Adlee. Alli enjoys wakeboarding and wakesurfing on Lake Ouachita in the summer, and snowboarding and hunting in the winter.
Dr. Mangan met Alli when he lectured to her class at UAMS, and she contacted us upon graduation and we hired her right away! She has excellent clinical skills and a personality that will keep you smiling.
